26 year old, Shreyas Iyer is an Indian cricketer. Shreyas Iyer is a right-handed batter and a right-arm bowler. 

Shreyas made his A-List debut in 2014-2015 by playing in the Vijay Hazare Trophy for Mumbai scoring 273 runs with an average of 54.70. He debuted in Ranji Trophy in 2014-15 scoring 809 runs with an average of 50.56 with six fifties and two centuries. In the 2018-2019 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, Iyer made 147, the highest total by any Indian batter in T20.

In 2016 IPL, Iyer was signed by Delhi Daredevils for 2.6 crores. Iyer scored 439 runs in 14 matches. 

Last year Iyer got an injury in his left shoulder during the first match of ODI against England and had to miss IPL 2021. Iyer was removed from the captaincy of Delhi Capitals. After 6 months of injury, Iyer made his comeback.
