T20 World Cup Points Table
The 2021 Men’s T20 World Cup will comprise a total of 16 international cricket teams. In the first phase of the tournament, 8 teams will compete against each other to get a place in the Super 12. These 8 teams are divided into two groups and the top two of the team of each group will join the prominent 8th team in the Super 12. These 8 teams have already qualified for the knockout stage.
In the Super 12, there are 12 teams that will be divided into two groups, namely Group 1 and Group 2. Each group will comprise of six teams. The first match of the Super 12 of the Men’s T20 World Cup schedule will be held on 23rd October between Australia and South Africa. In the knockout stage of the semifinal, there will be four teams from the both T20 World Cup point table.
The top two teams with maximum points from each group will play the ICC T20 World Cup scheduled semi-final. The semi-final of the ICC T20 World Cup is scheduled for 10 and 11 November, 2021. Following, the winner of the two semi-final matches will play in the grand final of the ICC T20 World Cup. The final of the T20 World Cup schedule is staged on 14 November 2021 at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai.
